Hotel Santiago De Arma Rionegro, Rionegro

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms at the back of the hotel were well appointed, very clean, and had comfortable beds, offering a nice retreat through the rain of the valley. The service, for the price I paid for the convenience of staying here, was really friendly, and the staff intervened to open an “overflow” room for us, even dropping off towels promptly. The location, just 2 minutes from the airport, was clean and functional, making it very convenient for airport travel. However, the dining experience left much to be desired as the food quality was inconsistent.

The hotel more than met our needs with clean rooms available on booking. However, the rooms face a busy street with noisy traffic, bright lights from outside, and very hard beds.

The hotel offers clean and modern rooms with complimentary transport to the airport, although lacking AC. The service is welcoming and goes the extra mile despite language barriers. The location is ideal for easy airport access, but may not offer much else in the immediate surroundings. Dining provides decent options at an affordable rate.
